PLEASE NOTE: Applications post-dated and dated after Feb 1, 2009 will be processed for the upcoming Membership year (2009-2010) unless otherwise indicated to the BCSRT. A Membership Year begins on April 1 and ends on March 31 of the following year.

Also, as of September 1, 2008, first and second year students will receive their memberships free. Please download the application form and send to the BCSRT via mail. Please do not use the online membership application, this is for paid memberships only.

APPLICATION FORM

To apply for, or to renew your registration with the British Columbia
Society of Respiratory Therapists (BCSRT) in any of the following categories:

• Active membership (Registered Respiratory Therapist);
• Associate membership (non-practicing);
• Student membership;
• Affiliate membership; or
• Corporate membership

Please follow the detailed instructions below:

Step 1:
Choose a method for completing the application from the following two options:

Option One - Online
You can use the online form to pay by credit card. This is a secure
process utilizing Moneris eSelect Plus.
You may also utilize the online form while sending payment by regular
mail. Please ensure that you check the appropriate field on the
form.

Step 2
Steps 2&3 are for mail in applications only
After fully completing the application form (incomplete applications
may be returned), please append a cheque payable to the B.C.S.R.T.
in the amount specified for the membership category for which you
are applying.
