The Board of Directors of British Columbia Society of Respiratory Therapists hereby gives notice of special resolutions to amend the constitution, and to rescind and replace the bylaws. The resolutions will be debated and voted on at the annual general meeting on September 24, 2010, at 1330 at Royal Columbian Hospital, B.C.
